Packaging Update
As we make our transition from Omnis Studios to HOMNE, you may receive your order in an Omnis Studios branded package. We will be transitioning out of our old packaging and into the new HOMNE packaging over the next few months.
Domestic Shipments
Items are made to order and will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship domestic orders in the United States through USPS & UPS. After your order is complete from production, you will be sent a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Omnis Studios, LLC (operating as HOMNE) is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays or any items lost during shipping.
International Shipments
Orders to countries outside the United States can be shipped through USPS, UPS or DHL and may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note our prices do not include any taxes or import duties. Therefore, these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. We are unable to facilitate refunds and cancellations if the customer refuses to pay duties and taxes once the order has shipped.
If shipping via USPS, once your package has left the United States, the package will then be transferred over to your country's postal service. We are not responsible for any issues during transit to your country as we are released from responsibility once your country's courier service has your package.
Returns + Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer you store credit for returned items upon request and approval or exchange for eligible items. At this time, we do not issue refunds for orders.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, free of damage, and have the original packaging. Items purchased on sale and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Requesting an Exchange or Return for Store Credit
To request a return or exchange of an item, email info@homne.co with your order number and items you would like to return. US Domestic orders, once approved, we will email you a return label for the items. International orders, you are responsible to acquire your own return label with the address provided. Please pack and send items back in their original packaging. Upon receipt of your return, you will receive store credit for the cost of the returned items, this excludes shipping cost.
